What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your item was delivered by CADAC Mauritius and arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 15 days of delivery
  • Submit photos or videos of the issue via our return form
  • We’ll assess the issue and either approve an exchange or a refund
  • We’ll also cover the return shipping cost

If the item was delivered using your own courier, CADAC will determine whether the issue is due to product defect or shipping damage, and returns may not be accepted.
