4. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be completed before items are shipped or delivered. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability. CADAC Mauritius is not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Warranty

All CADAC products come with a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated. This covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Misuse or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
