Returns & Exchanges Policy – CADAC Mauritius

At CADAC Mauritius, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, our returns and exchanges policy ensures a smooth process — provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in its original, undamaged packaging

  • All accessories and components are included

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided


Change of Mind Returns

Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 15 days if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued less any original delivery fees

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • You must notify us within 15 days of delivery

  • This applies only to items delivered via CADAC Mauritius delivery services

  • You must provide photo and/or video evidence

  • We will cover the return shipping cost for approved cases

  • You may choose between a refund or exchange


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gas cylinders and gas refills

  • Any opened consumables

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance


Return Process

  1. Contact us by filling out the Return Request Form

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Return the item using your preferred courier (except for damaged/defective cases).

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your:

    • Refund to the original payment method (excluding delivery costs)

    • or Exchange, if requested and available


Refunds

  • All refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For cash payments, refunds must be collected in-store only.

  • Please allow a minimum of three (3) business days before the cash becomes available for pickup.


In-Store Returns

Prefer to return in person? You can bring eligible items to our physical store, along with your proof of purchase, for processing. Please make sure you are still filling out the form beforehand.
